Ellis Island Casino Food
Ellis Island would manage the Aqua Blue casino, and would itself be renovated to match the new tower. However, the project was cancelled in June 2005, due in part to rising construction costs. In 2014 Ellis bought the adjacent Super 8 motel, creating a vertically integrated hotel and casino business. The food is very very good. I recommend the chicken and waffles. If you want good food without the glitz, glamour and sky high prices of the strip, then this is the spot! Specialties: Ellis Island Casino & Brewery is home to some of Las Vegas' most recognized food, beverages and entertainment! Our commitment to quality and service has become a tradition for over 40 years. We feature wonderful amenities. Ellis Island Casino and restaurants reminds me of how my parents would talk about Las Vegas back in the 1970's. They loved to eat decent food and said Vegas had the best meal prices they had ever seen.
