The ninth edition of the Black Diamond Poker Open is bigger and badder than ever, with over $6.3 million in guaranteed prize money and you can now play directly in your browser with no download required.
Qualifiers start running on Tuesday, February 18th and the full series runs from Friday, February 28th all the way until Tuesday, March 31st.
The Main Event of the BDPO happens at 17:09 PM ET on Sunday, March 29th, with a guaranteed prize pool of $450,000. It has a $425 + $25 buy-in, and allows 2 re-entries.
Need more to get your motor running? There are 150 events in total over the course of the 6 weeks, so put yourself in the driver’s seat and play the events that suit your style; buy-ins for BDPO9 events range from $3.30 to $470.
Check out just a few of the highlights:
- Special events include a BDPO9 Tune-Up Special, High Roller Tune-Up and Super High Roller Tune-Up events all take place during the qualifying period, before we even get you to the start line of the series. These three events offer a combined $384,000 GTD.
- The February 23, March 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29th instances of the Sunday $150K GTD and $100K GTD High Roller will be replaced with special $159K and $125K GTD versions.
- A Mini Main Event ($100 + $9) happens on Sunday, March 29th at 15:09 ET, with a cool $125K guaranteed.
- Get in on additional Super High Roller events for $100,000 GTD on Monday, March 9th and March 23rd, and for $125,000 GTD on Monday, March 30th.
The final weekend alone will have nearly $1.2 million in guaranteed prize pools, making it the biggest weekend in our history.
